Document delivery services for articles in Elsevier journals
Currently the LMU has no ongoing contract with the publishers Elsevier. This means that members of the LMU have no access to any content from the current catalogue for which a licence is required (including the Cell Press imprint). Access to electronic archive material purchased outright prior to the publication year 2020 remains unaffected, as does access to purchased journals in print form.
Please use the Electronic Journals Library (EZB) to check if Elsevier and Cell Press journals are available from the University Library in digital form. The online catalogue can be used to check the availability of print articles; if you have the appropriate authorisation, you can then order these via the University Library's Campuslieferdienst (Campus Delivery Service)
For articles not available in Munich libraries, you also have the option of using either the inter-library loans system or the fee-based Subito document delivery service offered by the academic library network.
If you are a member of the LMU academic staff and need help in researching or obtaining unavailable articles, please contact the subject specialist responsible for your discipline. We are happy to help you obtain the articles you require as quickly as possible.
