Always cite correctly – always avoid plagiarism

Plagiarism is a serious violation of good academic practice. Even unintentional plagiarism may be penalised in course papers or final theses. In this workshop you will learn how to cite correctly, and in doing so, avoid plagiarism.

Why is plagiarism a problem? What types of plagiarism are there? What are the different types of citation and when should you use them?

The course will be held in German.
