Open access collection and core collection
Lending conditions don´t vary amongst the Subject Libraries of the University Library.
The LMU Subject Libraries offer both open access and core collections.
- The open access collection is available for loan by all members of the LMU, including the students and academic staff of cooperating institutions.
- The core collection (e.g. reference works) is not available for loan.
At some locations parts of the loan collection are housed in the stacks and must be ordered via the online catalogue.
You will normally need a LMUcard or a personal University Library card to borrow books from the Subject Libraries.top
